Une campagne de communication pour le Stade Toulousain<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e lors du challenge national de la communication, nous avons re\u00e7u une commande du Stade Toulousain et r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie de communication. L’objectif \u00e9tait d’analyser comment l\u2019ancrage identitaire et les valeurs historiques du Stade Toulousain permettaient de b\u00e2tir une marque de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle internationale. Notre d\u00e9marche a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des moyens print, digitaux, presse, et de l’\u00e9v\u00e9nementiel, avec un budget total allou\u00e9 de 600 000 euros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dans le cadre de la dynamisation du r\u00e9seau alumni de l\u2019IUT de Lille, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9es de renforcer le sentiment d\u2019appartenance entre anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves, \u00e9tudiants et enseignants via LinkedIn. Nous avons structur\u00e9 notre \u00e9quipe et mis en place une strat\u00e9gie de publication hebdomadaire accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une campagne de recrutement. Les Frondaisons 2025<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nous avons eu comme mission de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un brief client, en imaginant la strat\u00e9gie de communication 2025 du festival Les Frondaisons<\/strong>, organis\u00e9 par la Maison de la Po\u00e9sie des Hauts-de-France. Avec un budget fictif de 5000 \u20ac, nous avons con\u00e7u une identit\u00e9 visuelle, des supports print et digitaux, un plan presse et r\u00e9seaux sociaux, ainsi qu\u2019un site one page pour valoriser l\u2019ADN \u00e9copo\u00e9tique du festival. Ce projet nous a permis de mobiliser nos comp\u00e9tences en strat\u00e9gie cr\u00e9ative, design, coordination et r\u00e9daction, tout en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des enjeux r\u00e9els de communication culturelle.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Lors de la SA\u00c9 \u00ab Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un service innovant \u00bb, notre \u00e9quipe a con\u00e7u Sortie d’Secours<\/em>, une application mobile fictive favorisant les rencontres sociales spontan\u00e9es. Face \u00e0 un march\u00e9 concurrentiel, nous avons identifi\u00e9 un besoin croissant de lien social et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une solution s\u00e9curis\u00e9e, inclusive et personnalis\u00e9e.<\/p>

Nous avons men\u00e9 une analyse de march\u00e9, construit un business model viable et d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie de communication multicanale.
